How to Heal your Body through Self-Awareness

You have the capacity to heal your body.  Did you know that many of the misalignment patterns you have, which may be at the root of your pain, can be reversed?  These patterns which most likely have been with you for a long time, will only take a short while to undo.  Often the results are immediate. 

Become aware of how to position your body for optimal alignment, and you will begin to undo the patterns that cause your afflictions.

What are the most common afflictions?  People often experience pain in the:

Wrists             Hips
Neck               Knees
Shoulders       Ankles
Back               Feet

And, I have successfully worked with clients who have had:

  • Plantar Fasciitis
  • Scoliosis
  • Carpal Tunnel Syndrome
  • Low Back Pain
  • Stiffness and pain in the Neck & Shoulders including Rotator Cuff injuries

In a private session, you increase your awareness about the root cause of these symptoms. This kind of awareness is so empowering and the relief from pain so great and immediate, that client’s are often surprised at how easy it is to move into a space of healing.

Learn to increase your awareness of what you know intuitively, how to apply this knowledge to your every day life and create healing that is deep and lasting.

Private Yoga Instruction

Why would I want a Private session?

  • To heal from pain.  Learn to realign your body and discover existing patterns that are causing the pain.

  • To teach you the basic yoga postures in preparation for a public class.

  • To take you deeper in to a posture.

One of my passions is working one on one with clients.  I am continually inspired and awe struck by how quickly the human body can move back in to alignment and out of pain.  It only takes a few sessions to re-pattern old habits and to feel empowered by your own capacity to heal.
